This training educates employees on how to recognize and avoid conflicts of interest, particularly with regard to personal, financial and family interests, and dealing with customers and suppliers. This training is ideal for individuals at all levels to review the basic principles of COI and can be utilized as an annual refresher for all staff and for initial onboarding of new hires.
