How to Reset Your Password

Step 1:  Go to the Care Compass Network homepage HERE and log in to your account

Step 2:  In the Welcome section, select “Having Trouble logging in?”

Step 3:  Select “Reset Password”

Step 4:  Enter your username or email address and select “Get New Password”

Step 5:  Check your email for a link to reset your password. If you do not see it in your inbox, check your junk/spam folders

Step 6:  Follow the link and reset your password according to the password instructions
