How to Reset or Update Your Password

If you forgot your password and need to reset it, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the OneCity Health LMS homepage: lms.onecityhealth.org

Step 2: In the upper right-hand corner, hover over “Sign In” and select “Lost Password”

Step 3: Enter your username or email address and select “Get New Password”

Step 4: Check your email for a link to reset your password. If you do not see it in your inbox, check your junk/spam folders.

Step 5: Follow the link and reset your password according to the password instructions

If you know your password and want to update it, use the following steps:

Option 1

Step 1: Go to the OneCity Health LMS homepage: lms.onecityhealth.org

Step 2: On the left-hand side of the homepage, use the “Sign In” box to enter your email and password

Step 3: In the Welcome section, click on “Update Information”

Step 4: Select “Update Password”

Step 5: Enter old password

Step 6: Create new password and confirm password

Step 7: Select “Submit”

Option 2

Step 1: Go to the OneCity Health LMS homepage: lms.onecityhealth.org

Step 2: On the left-hand side of the homepage, use the “Sign In” box to enter your email and password

Step 3: Select “My Dashboard” in the upper-right, next to the gravatar icon

Step 4: Under the Welcome message on the left sidebar, select “Update Information”

Step 5: Select “Update Password”

Step 6: Enter old password

Step 7: Create new password and confirm password

Step 8: Select “Submit”
