Care Compass Network requires initial and ongoing training and education to ensure its board members, committee members, staff, and partner organizations are familiar with CCN’s Compliance Program and understand the Fraud and Abuse, Antitrust, HIPAA Privacy and Security, and other applicable laws and regulations that pertain to the activities and areas of risk specific to the network.
Compliance training is the foundation of an open, ethical and productive culture. The goal of CCN’s compliance training and education is to help prevent misconduct, mitigate risk, and promote adherence to compliance objectives. Compliance training is necessary to help reduce the likelihood of legal violations and educate everyone associated with CCN about what is expected of them to remain in compliance.
