Account Activation Support

Troubleshooting and Solutions

I did not receive an account activation email

If you did not receive an account activation email when you should have, please follow these steps:

Step 1:  Check the junk/spam folder of your email inbox.

Step 2: If you still have not received an email, you can submit an account activation request here: http://carecompasslms.hwapps.org/help/account-activation-form/

Step 3: If you never received the account activation email, it is likely that your IT department has restrictions in place that have blocked emails coming from the OneCity Health LMS.

Please consider coordinating with your organizations Partner Admin to put a request in to your IT department to “white-list” the following email address: [email protected] 

 

I am unable to see the activation link in the account activation email

If you have received the account activation email but are unable to see an activation link enclosed, you can easily activate your account by following these instructions:

Step 1:  Submit an account activation request here: http://carecompasslms.hwapps.org/help/account-activation-form/

Step 2: You likely did not receive the activation link because your IT department has restrictions in place that have blocked emails and/or links coming from the OneCity Health LMS.

Please consider coordinating with your organizations Partner Admin to put a request in to your IT department to “white-list” the following email address: [email protected] 

 

I am unable to activate my account - Other

If you are still unable to activate your account for any reason, you can submit an account activation request here: http://carecompasslms.hwapps.org/help/account-activation-form/

You can also contact support directly at [email protected] and have your account activated within 24 hours.
